Acceptance of terms

By using this site, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Download and usage policy

Materials available on this site, including videos, photography and other media, may only be downloaded if they are explicitly purchased through an AVS online store or provided by A Vision Supreme LLC with express permission. All purchased or accessed content is for personal use only. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, distribution, resale or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Membership access does not itself grant permission to download or redistribute content.

Digital products and sales

Digital products, including photo sets, videos and downloadable content, are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Product returns and refunds are addressed in our Return Policy. Subscription cancellation is separate from a product return.

By purchasing digital content, you agree not to share, distribute, reproduce or upload it to any third-party platform without written permission from A Vision Supreme LLC.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photography, videos, graphics, text and logos, is the intellectual property of A Vision Supreme LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any materials without prior written consent.

User conduct and account responsibilities

You agree not to use this site in any way that could harm, disable or impair the functioning of the website or interfere with other users’ experience. Prohibited behavior includes attempting to access secure areas without authorization, uploading harmful code or using the site to engage in unlawful activities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Free accounts and Premium memberships

An AVS account is free to create. Creating an account does not by itself start a paid subscription or grant Premium access. Premium Runway provides the Premium Runway access included in that plan. Premium All Access includes Premium Runway and the additional All Access content. Current plan details and prices are shown before you subscribe.

Recurring billing and plan changes

Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions processed through Stripe. The plan price and billing interval are shown at checkout. Unless canceled, the subscription renews and payment is collected for the next billing period.

Upgrades require successful payment of any applicable prorated charge before the upgraded access takes effect. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period; your current plan remains in effect until then. Review the plan-change confirmation and your account for the effective date.

Cancellation and access through the paid period

You can cancel a subscription through your AVS account. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that period while the account otherwise remains eligible. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not constitute a product return or automatically issue a refund. See our Return Policy for refund and support inquiries.

Payment failures

If a subscription becomes past due, the platform provides a five-day payment-update grace period, with the deadline shown in your account. Access may end if payment remains unresolved after that deadline or the subscription becomes unpaid or ends. Open or lost payment disputes can suspend subscription-funded access. Update your payment method through your account when prompted.

Service availability and disclaimer

All content and services on this website are provided “as is.” A Vision Supreme LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or availability of the materials or functionality of the site.

Limitations of liability

In no event shall A Vision Supreme LLC be held liable for damages, including loss of data, revenue or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided on the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service. The current version and update date will be published on this page. By continuing to use the site after changes are made, you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States, subject to applicable law.
