Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating or managing an AVS account, accessing Premium content, purchasing a membership or contacting us. This includes your email address, account identifiers, authentication information and the information you include in support requests.

We maintain membership and billing records such as your selected plan, access entitlements, subscription status, billing periods, cancellation or scheduled plan changes, payment status and Stripe customer, subscription and invoice identifiers. We may retain a limited payment-method summary, such as card brand, last four digits and expiry date. Stripe processes payment-card details; AVS does not store your full card number or security code.

Our hosting, authentication and media services process technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, requests, session information and technical logs, to deliver and secure the service. Security and billing records may include authentication activity, webhook processing, payment failures and disputes.

How we use information

We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, process transactions, provide the correct membership access, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, send account and transactional messages, maintain service availability and help prevent unauthorized access, fraud or abuse.

We also use relevant technical and usage information to troubleshoot and improve the website. Where you have subscribed to newsletters or marketing updates, we use your information to send those communications with your consent.

Service providers and embedded media

Supabase provides AVS account authentication, identity and membership data storage. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. Vercel hosts the AVS experience platform. Sanity stores and delivers editorial content and images. Bunny Stream delivers video and media players. These services process the information needed to provide their respective functions, including technical connection and request data.

When you load or interact with embedded media, the media provider may receive your IP address, device information and player interactions. Account confirmation, password recovery and other account messages are sent through our authentication email service; payment-related messages may also be sent by Stripe.

Analytics, advertising and existing Squarespace pages

Our existing Squarespace pages use Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage. Those pages may display advertisements through third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense, which may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure performance.

The current AVS experience platform does not include those Squarespace analytics or advertising integrations. Its hosting, authentication and media services still process the technical data needed to operate the platform. You can manage relevant ad-personalization settings through your browser or Google account preferences.

Cookies and session information

The AVS experience platform uses authentication cookies to maintain your signed-in session and provide account and membership access. Existing Squarespace pages and third-party analytics, advertising or media services may use their own cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent account features from working.

Privacy requests and email preferences

You may contact hello@avisionsupreme.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. This includes requests relating to rights available to users in the EU and California under applicable law.

You may opt out of marketing emails using an unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Account, security and transaction messages needed to operate your account or subscription are separate from marketing communications.

Data from minors

Our services are not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Data security

We implement security measures to protect your data, though no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and take care when sharing personal data online.
