Return Policy

At A Vision Supreme, we strive to provide high quality digital and physical products and a professional customer experience. Membership cancellation and product returns are different processes.
Memberships and subscriptions
Premium Runway and Premium All Access are recurring memberships. You may cancel through your AVS account. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues through that period while your account otherwise remains eligible. A scheduled downgrade likewise takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation is not a product return and does not automatically issue a refund. For a membership refund request, contact hello@avisionsupreme.com with your account email and payment reference so we can review your request. Do not send your full payment-card number or security code. This policy does not promise or deny a membership refund.
Digital products
For one-time digital-product purchases, including downloadable media, digital galleries and video products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided, subject to applicable law. This product rule is separate from membership cancellation.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Physical products
Where physical merchandise or products are offered, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in original packaging where applicable.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Return instructions and any approved return labels will be provided after the return request has been reviewed.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges may be offered depending on product availability and item condition.
